Our story

Pakko was founded in 2017 by Nina Nguyen to make custom cardboard packaging simple, fast and affordable for Australian businesses. From our Brisbane manufacturing facility, we design and produce both stock and fully custom boxes with no minimum order quantity, backed by our own Interactive Design Platform for instant online design and pricing.

Pakko follows documented quality-management processes, uses FSC-certified board where specified, and is a signatory to the Australian Packaging Covenant (APCO), working toward the 2025 National Packaging Targets for sustainable sourcing, manufacturing and end-of-life disposal. Our growth and manufacturing quality have been recognised through the Telstra Best of Business Awards, the PIDA (Packaging Innovation & Design Awards), and as a finalist in the Australian Small Business Champion Awards.
