Refunds & Returns

At Pakko Packaging, we pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging solutions. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our Returns Team at [email protected], including your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely—RA number clearly marked on the box.
  4. Ship to:

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; customers are responsible for any price differences.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll cover return shipping and will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
