Pakko Shipping Policy

At Pakko, we pride ourselves on delivering your packaging quickly, safely, and reliably.

Online stockline inventory orders are generally processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated that the items are on backorder.
Custom-made packaging orders require additional production lead times, which will be advised at the time of order.

Shipping costs for standard online stockline products are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
For custom-made orders, freight costs cannot be confirmed until manufacturing has been completed, as final size, weight, and packaging method (e.g. cartons for manual unload vs. palletised for forklift unload) must first be determined.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you return your order (unless required under the Australian Consumer Law).

We deliver Australia-wide, including to rural and regional areas, using multiple trusted third-party courier partners.
Estimated delivery times will be provided where available, however, please note these are estimates only.
Once your order has left our facility, Pakko cannot control delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking details will be provided where available.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and to ensure someone is available to accept delivery.

If a delivery address is incorrect or the courier is unable to deliver, the order may be returned to Pakko.
Any redelivery charges or return freight costs will be passed onto the customer and must be paid prior to redelivery.
Additional fees may apply for storage, handling, or multiple delivery attempts.

Please contact our team for international orders. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
